Frequently asked questions

Question 1

What happens when someone asks AI to shop?

Accepted Answer

The assistant researches, compares, and recommends products. It does not browse like a person. It looks for clear product details it can trust. If your catalog is messy, it skips you and recommends someone easier to understand.

Question 2

What happens when someone asks AI for a shop?

Accepted Answer

They ask ChatGPT or Gemini for a recommendation instead of clicking a list of links. To get named, your website needs clear facts, helpful FAQs, and a short summary of who you are and what you offer.

Question 3

Do I need technical skills to use Vizibly?

Accepted Answer

No. Paste a website, a product, Google listing text, or a batch of reviews. Vizibly gives you copy-ready drafts: shop details, a short business summary, a Google listing plan, review replies, and social posts.

Question 4

How is this different from SEO?

Accepted Answer

SEO helps you rank in a list of blue links. Assistants need meaning they can trust: product highlights, the questions customers ask, and clear facts on your site. Vizibly scores that, then gives you drafts to paste in.

Question 5

What is the short business summary?

Accepted Answer

It is a plain-language note about your shop — who you are, what you offer, and which pages matter. You publish it yourself so AI can describe you accurately.

Question 6

What are the next steps after a check?

Accepted Answer

After you check your website or products, you can draft a Google listing, compare nearby sites, reply to reviews, plan a month of social posts, and read customer feedback — without leaving Vizibly.

Question 7

Who is Vizibly for?

Accepted Answer

Local shops and service businesses (salons, clinics, restaurants, gyms), online stores with messy catalogs, and teams who answer reviews in English or Japanese. If customers already ask AI for recommendations in your category, this is for you.

Question 8

Does Vizibly post to Google or Instagram for me?

Accepted Answer

No. This preview drafts text and plans. You copy them into Google, your shop, review sites, or social apps. We do not connect to those accounts yet.

Question 9

Does it work in Japanese?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The site, dashboard, and drafts work in English and Japanese. A Tokyo salon and a bilingual store can use the same workspace.
